Our Consumer Protection practice, led by Erdem Aslan, helps clients understand and comply with Turkish and EU consumer and product compliance laws, especially in the digital economy, where hardware and software developers as well as e-commerce and online platforms influence consumer interactions. This includes drafting contracts, evaluating risk mitigation measures in daily practices, and addressing regulations, unfair trade practices, and product liability.

We collaborate with clients in manufacturing, retail, technology, and media to ensure that consumer-facing activities are legal, fair, and aligned with business goals. Our support includes conducting product compliance assessments, drafting consumer contracts, terms and conditions, complaint handling procedures, and reviewing advertisements.
