Müge is one of the co-heads of the Corporate and M&A practice at UMAY. Müge’s primary areas of expertise include corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and capital investments, foreign direct investments, compliance projects, and complex contractual matters.
Her practice focuses on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance, foreign direct investments, and regulatory compliance.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Müge advises clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing high value cross-border transactions, guiding them through every stage of the deal cycle, from due diligence and structuring to post-closing integration and compliance implementation. Her clients include leading domestic and international investment funds, multinational and local technology companies, as well as financial institutions operating across a wide range of sectors.
