Müge is one of the co-heads of the Corporate and M&A practice at UMAY. Müge’s primary areas of expertise include corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and capital investments, foreign direct investments, compliance projects, and complex contractual matters.

Erdem leads Data Protection and IT/Telecom practices at UMAY. With extensive experience advising technology and telecommunications firms, as well as data-driven clients, he specializes in privacy, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, financial technologies and broadcasting regulations and commercial contracts.

Rıza is one of the co-heads of the Corporate and M&A practice at UMAY. His practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and real estate, with a particular focus on structuring and executing complex transactions.
